The Company received notification on 8th February 2010 that as of 5th February 2010, Artemis Investment Management Ltd had an interest in 11,138,885 ordinary shares of 40p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 5.08 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
