The Company was informed that on 5 January 2010, Mr Nick Clayton, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 40 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 153.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Clayton is interested in a total of 132,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
